What can I do with a user account? |

The account allows you to easily keep track of all
the PLYs you have created as well as allow you to add,
delete and share your PLYs whenever you want. You can
also change your password and personal information.
In your PLY list, you can also update information such as
the name and description of the PLY and viewing details
about the original video and video community including
checking its validity (checking to see if the original
video is still being hosted by the video community site).

Do I have to register to have a user account? |

Yes. The process takes only a few seconds. Simply put
in your e-mail address and create a password. Now you are
BubblePLY.com member. Easy, isn’t it?

What if I forgot my password? |

On the log-in screen, click on forgot
your password, and enter the e-mail address you used
at registration and your password will be sent to your
e-mail address.

Can I change my password or personal details? |

Yes. After you log-in, click on ‘My
Account’ and then “My Personal Details” to
change your password and other personal details.

Can I edit / delete / share my old PLYs? |

Yep. Go to ’My Account’, click on ‘My
PLY List’ and select the option you would like to
perform.

Why are some of my original PLYs not saved in
my account? |

If you've created a BubblePLY before registering,
there's a possibility that the ‘cookie’ we
added did not save your older PLYs.
Or more likely...maybe the dingo ate your PLY.

Can I keep track of the Links I’ve
created in my PLY? |

Yes, as a registered user, under ‘My
Account’ you will notice “My Reports” -
from there you will see a report titled “Link
Tracking”. This report will show you all the PLYs
you’ve created for which you’ve created a Link
(the Link can either be a Bubble Link, Text hyperlink,
Image or Clipart Link”). For each PLY with a Link,
you will see 1) the number of Links in each PLY and 2)
the total number of times someone has clicked on the
Links. Click “See Details” to see a Link
breakdown which includes 1) the type of Link you created
2) the Link URL and 3) the number of times that specific
Link was clicked.
Remember to gain access to the Link Tracking report you
must be a registered user (username and password only).
