How do I watch the BubblePLY’d video I have received? |

Click on the "PLAY" button on our player. It wasn't so hard now, was it?

Can I view the video without any bubbles? |
|
|
|
Yes you can, but please remember that someone worked very hard to put them there…
There is a button under the video you are viewing, next to the volume, which allows you to
toggle between ‘Show Bubbles’ or ‘Hide Bubbles’.

Is it possible to view a BubblePLY on any flash player? |
|
|
|
No. Viewing a BubblePLY is only possible using a special player available either on
www.bubbleply.com or on a partner site that has added our functionality to their player.

Can I add Bubbles to a BubblePLY’d video someone has sent me? |
|
|
|
Not yet. Today you can only build your own BubblePLY for the same video. Simply click
the button above the video you are viewing called ‘Create New Ply’. The video
will start from the beginning and you can create your own bubbles for the video. Your
BubblePLY will not be shown together with the original BubblePLY you have been sent.

How do I see other BubblePLYs that have been created for a video? |

Above any video you are viewing on the left is a drop down box that shows you all the
BubblePLYs that have been created for that particular video. To view, click on the PLY you
want to see.

When I view my PLY'd video, why can't I see all the text in the Bubble? |
|
|
|
If the Bubble size is smaller than the amount of text in the Bubble, you will see
three dots '...' at the bottom of the Bubble. Simply enlarge the Bubble size to the
desired size to show all the text. Click here
