There are several reasons why this has occurred:
- The video site from which you've requested a video is not operating. Most likely, the
site is down for maintenance or the site is having technical difficulties. Please check back with us soon.
- The video for which you've created a PLY is no longer available at the source. The video
may have been removed for a variety of reasons by the provider, please check the site to
confirm the video is still available for viewing. If the video is no longer available, you
will not be able to view the Video+PLY.
- There is a connection delay or problem with either the video site or with Bubbleply.com.
If you've checked the video site and the video is still available, please try again later.
- There is an internet connection problem. Please check to see you are connected to the
internet and try again.
Please note, even if the video source file is not available, your PLY is
still available and has not been deleted. If you wish to access your PLY or
have it viewed on another video, please email us at: [email protected] with 1) the link of the
Video+PLY you created and 2) the URL of the new video and we will redirect your PLY within
1-2 days.
